Hey guys, this is generally a great hotel but not fantastic. We came as a large group and actively swim in pools all over the world. The pool here needs better maintenance to handle all the sunblock used by patrons. All the kids got rashes. So parents beware. Sticking to the pool area, the facilities supervisor (red head female) was absolutely rude to our group when we requested an umbrella. Also check in the service/counter manager/supervisor was not kind at all to the assisted person travelling with us, and thus had us waiting an additional 30 mins, after traveling by plane to this location. There was no sense of being welcomed by this individual and we felt like we were bothering her. However you can tell here the vibe is off between management and the hard working team here. Beach access and location is 10 out of 10 here. This is a real review and not a bought one. ;)

Amazing facilities, pool and beach access included with brilliant and super friendly staff!! Very clean rooms, plenty of space and room for a group of girls. Gorgeous food and drinks served by the pool, with a delicious evening menu also.

Location location.. close to everything.. next to beach.. good towel and beach chair facility.. umbrella cost is xtra. South beach was v nice.. we went in morning around 11 and it had decent crowd.. we enjoyed a lot..

We just got back from a family vacation in Miami Beach, where we spent 5 wonderful nights at the Nautilus Sonesta. Our experience was great throughout. Before we even arrived the VIP host, Alexis, reached out to us and offered to help with any restaurant reservations and assistance we might need. Upon our arrival our check-in process was extremely smooth with the extra attentiveness of Oscar and we were on our way to the beginning of a great vacation at the hotel. The continuous attention by Oscar, Alexis, and the rest of the Sonesta Team made us feel well taken care off at all times, they ensured that we had the proper service, housekeeping, dinner reservations, and anything we needed taken care of immediately. The beach service staff was also super attentive and accommodating. A special shoutout to Issac, Will, and Valentina who were all awesome! Their care for our comfort was superb! The hotels location is great, with fantastic restaurants, coffee shops, and notable landmarks in Miami Beach within convenient walking distance. We found the hotels F&B to be really good starting from the breakfast and the beach lunch service which were always accompanied by great service from the staff. Overall, we cant wait to come back to the Nautilus Sonesta Hotel to enjoy the great service, location, and value again.

Enjoyed the amenities and service by all staff. Oscar was very helpful and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to make sure we had an exceptional experience. It was also my birthday weekend and he certainly took care of us. We liked the quick walk to the pool and beach right behind the hotel. Walking in long distances in very hot heat temperatures is tough so the short distance to the beach worked out wonderful. Shout out to Edwin from the Bar and Issac from the Beach. They also took care of us and made sure we had a pleasant experience. Hello again from Chicago!

Everyone on staff was very friendly and attentive, but Marvell at the valet, as well as the porter in the lobby and the young man running the beach stand stood out with exceptional service. We also had a breaker blow while using two hair dryers at once and maintenance had it fixed within ten minutes! The lobby and other central areas were very chic and clean and the care of the staff was apparent. The location was also perfect.... walking distance to Lincoln Rd. and even Ocean Drive, with direct access to the beach. It was also very secure, with digital room keys required to use the elevator or come in from the beach.
